Jake's Eagle Project 10/10

Jake is planning for the main portion of the work to take place on Saturday, October 10 starting likely around 8:30 am and will likely be most of the day. Please sign up to get a head count.

Elim Life Church 1679 Dalton Rd., Lima, NY 14485.

We will be excavating a large area (32' diameter), moving the excavated material elsewhere on the property, laying in landscaping fabric, crushed stone, paver base and pavers, building the fire pit ring, and moving pea gravel from an old playground to fill in the seating area around the fire pit. Bring work gloves. Pizza and drinks will be provided.

On Thursday 10/1, the troop will be hosting our Court of Honor. It will take place 7 pm at the Rush Fire Department. Scouts are required to wear full class A uniforms.

The Troop is headed back to CTC this October. Early bird registration closes 9/23, please sign up on our website.

Mark your calendars and pack your gear – the 27th Annual CTC will be held at J. Warren Cutler Scout Reservation from October 16-18, 2026.

From competition and camp-wide activities to patch collecting and trading, CTC brings Scouts, leaders, and families together for one unforgettable weekend.

Elks Soccer Shoot, 1st Meeting and CTC Registration Announcements!

The Elks Lodge is hosting their annual Soccer Shoot Competition this Saturday at Martin Rd Park! This is a great opportunity to obtain some easy service hours! Please RSVP to the calendar event so we know how many scouts to anticipate!

Our first meeting will be Thursday, September 10th! Hope to see everyone there and hear about your summer and make plans for the upcoming scouting year!

CTC is on calendar! Please RSVP! The Troop covers the cost of registration and early bird registration ends 9/23! Note the dates are a weekend earlier than the past few years, October 16th through 18th!
