Last call for Massawepie t shirts! Deadline is end of day Sunday 7/5

The committee meeting for 6/30 had been moved to 7/1 at 6 pm. 

Drop off any completed medical forms tonight at Chopped. Also we have a committee meeting on 7/1 as another opportunity. Or reach out to Renee Saysamone to arrange a drop off.  Thanks!

Things to remember, same process as last year:

• Scout along with Parent/Guardian must sign the 3^rd page of the medical guide. 
• Provide 2 sets of completed forms, one set of with original signatures of health care provider and parent/guardian AND one COPY of the completed forms.
• Instead of writing in the Immunization section on Part B2 of the forms, provide 2 copies of printed immunizations (printouts from MyCare or MyChart works!)
• Provide 2 copies of front and back of health insurance card.
• Only list prescriptions or OTC medications to be taken during camp.
• Dosage and frequency will be followed as listed on the Youth Medication Form, otherwise indicate differences in the Comments. 
• Medications including OTC must be in original package/bottles or prescription bottles.  No pill boxes!  To make check in process run as smooth as possible at camp, we ask that each scout have their medications in a ziplock bag labeled with their name and troop.

The Committee has decided to purchase Massawepie special edition 250-yr US Anniversary t-shirts for all the boys!!!  We will be selecting a single color for all.  Please complete the Google form below to select a t-shirt size... DEADLINE IS 7/5/2026!!!! 

Anyone who helped clear a spot for the bench in the front might have come in to contact with poison ivy. Please follow precautions to wash clothes separately and have the scouts scrub thoroughly. Thanks to everyone who came out today to help.

The Elks Lodge in Henrietta has asked the Troop to assist with their Flag Day Ceremony. We will assist with carrying in the flags and hosting a flag retirement along side Pack 134. This is a great way to give back to the community and earn service hours. A light supper will be provided after the ceremony. Please sign up so we know who will be attending.
