Our Court of Honor will be held at the Rush Firehall on 6/12 at 7pm. The whole family is welcome to attend the ceremony since it is a celebration of our scouts accomplishments since last fall. We are asking for families to bring a treat or drink for the after party.

Flag Day Ceremony 6/14/25

Posted by mlesniak on Jun 10 2025 - 6:49am

The Elks Lodge in Henrietta has asked the Troop to assist with their Flag Day Ceremony. We will assist with carrying in the flags and hosting a flag retirement. This is a great way to give back to the community and earn service hours. A light supper will be provided after the ceremony.

Massawepie Medical Forms

Camp is almost 2 months away!  We’ll begin collecting any completed medical forms next week on 6/12 at Court of Honor and on 6/19 Chopped.  This will give us time to review and time to make any updates and corrections with your health care providers if needed.  We’ll also be taking a picture of each scout to include with their paperwork at COH.  We’ll also do another collection at the Chicken BBQ in July.

Today’s Eagle Scout Project- Christian Carroll

Posted by dcarroll on May 25 2025 - 11:31am

Thank you to everyone coming out today at 2 PM to help with my Eagle Scout Service Project at Hundred Acres Nature Park. As mentioned, we’ll be installing an engraved park sign and two welcome kiosks—one of which will be handicap accessible. We’ll also border these areas with large rocks and fill them with smaller stone. In addition, we’ll tackle a few general maintenance tasks around the park.

EAGLE PROJECT FOR CHRISTIAN CARROLL

Posted by Jkachala on May 21 2025 - 8:08am

Christian has been so very busy preparing for this day. Unlike many Eagle projects that are done mostly on site, his project has taken alot of preparation prior to the actual work day. His project has consisted of making a park sign out of locally sourced wood from trees that are native to our area,  constructing information boxes for visitors to sign in when they visit, obtaining and placing natural tree logs into the ground to hold these projects, and many small details to make this whole project come together and represent what an Eagle project should be! Attention to detail! HE NEEDS YOUR HELP !!! This Sunday from 2pm until 5pm we will be meeting at the Hundred Acres Nature Park in Rush to complete his Eagle Project. Please come and show your support of our Eagle Candidate! Please wear long pants, boots, class B shirts, and come " Prepared" to represent Troop 134. Food and refreshments will be served at 5pm.
